Straight outta where? Dunwoody, sucker.

Land of Birkenstocks. Sweater vests. Moms who stay home with their kids.

Dunwoody, where the values of suburban life come to life and the dudes with attitude from Dormtainment are running it.

Wait a minute. Who?

"We are creative college comedy, a college entertainment group of six," said Amanuel Richards, 24. "We formed in 2009 and we’ve been doing online sketches since then." With about 5 million views since June for 40 videos, the YouTubers are adept at getting audience attention.

Their latest effort, "Straight Outta Dunwoody," had almost 40,000 views in three days, which doesn't quite compare to the 6 million views of NWA's 1988 paean to ghetto life ("Straight Outta Compton") on which the song is based. But hey, this time it's about the suburbs where things take time to catch on.

The idea came to them when four members moved to Dunwoody in April.

"When I moved, I had to put up my TV," said Mike Anthony, 23. "I was scared to ask my neighbor for some tools because where I come from, you don't talk to your neighbors. But I knocked on the door and asked for drill bits and then he said, ‘Sure, do you need the drill? I can come over and install it for you.' I thought it would be funny to make a hardcore [rap] song about how friendly Dunwoody is."

Dressed in their preppiest gear -- khaki pants, ties and shoulder-draped sweaters -- they filmed at Dunwoody hot spots such as Michael's and Barnes & Noble, while rapping lyrics like: "To get in my gate, you better have a gate pass, or I'm snitching on your ass." Or "Quiet place so you want more of this, get too loud I'm putting in a noise ordinance," and "Dunwoody, where golf is our sport, if you pollute we take your ass to court."

When they're not hitting the mean streets of Dunwoody, Richards, Anthony, Cameron Miller,23, Jerome Green, 23, Daunte Dier, 23, and Chaz Miller, 29, are holed up in their suburban digs brainstorming more parodies and working on getting their own television show.

So watch your back ... or just your TV.
