This episode was a relative nothing burger. So I will make this brief.
The most compelling event was NeNe Leakes' husband Gregg suffering heart issues and going to the hospital. We see NeNe driving to the hospital before Gregg has a procedure and Gregg sounds super nervous. NeNe herself is acting far more nonchalant than many people would but it appears she and Gregg are in a good place since they got remarried.
Anyone who hasn't followed NeNe since this was shot in July knows that Gregg turned out okay.

Porsha
Porsha yet again vows to avoid friends in favor of family. Of course, the whole point of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is for castmates to interact with each other. So Porsha's point of being on the show is not exactly solid now.
She also wants to open a nail salon within three months. A real estate consultant says nine months is more realistic and she needs to write up a business plan. Yes, can you imagine Porsha trying to write a business plan? Plus, she has no actual background in nail salons beyond being a patron. Her sister Lauren who does a lot of work for her, is feeling a kind of way, that she deserves more credit for helping Porsha out. They get into an argument and Lauren stomps out.
Porsha later shows up at Sheree's party and nothing terrible happens.
Cynthia
Cynthia goes out on a date with someone within a decade of her age this time. (The 21-year gap last week was a bit much for her.). His name is Will Jones , he's 42 and he's not only handsome but comes across as super mature and says all the right things. He doesn't even bring his smartphone to the restaurant so he could focus on Cynthia. "He's the male version of me and I love me some me!" she said. "It's a connection!"

Don't cross Sheree if you're a contractor - or a party planner.
She goes ballistic because her party planner Tiffany for her mom's '70s-themed 70th birthday is MIA. Then Tiffany bails on her at he last second, citing "tension" between her and Sheree. I don't have a lot of sympathy for the party planner. You work with Sheree, you should expect tension.
In the end, it appears the party went off without any major hitches, with or without Tiffany.
This is not her first party planner problem but the other one led to her most famous catchphrase many years ago:
Kandi
Cross-promotion alert. Kandi and her staff talk about Xscape and the difficulties she's having there which folks are seeing at 9 p.m. on her spin-off show. Carmon, her right-hand woman, is returning to insurance and Kandi is stressed because she has a hard time trusting folks. But they quickly segue into Kandi being upset that Kenya didn't bother telling her she got married and how awkward her time with Porsha was at Shamea's bridal shower. She also revealed she spent $5,000 to fly to Africa for Shamea's wedding.

Kenya
Hiding Marc Daly: Kenya is shown leaving a voicemail message for her hubby Marc, who lives in New York. It seems clear he doesn't even want his voice on the show and she said the poor man is suffering from all the media attention. It's clear RHOA producers desperately want to have him on the show and have enticed him with money but he has refused. She did intimate they are having plenty of sex when they are together and NeNe notes that he has some of his clothing hanging in the closet. NeNe didn't question the legitimacy of her marriage this time around.
