Atlanta's Aaron Gibson must love Twitter.
For the third week in a row, he survived "The Voice" Instant Save via Twitter, this time beating out two others. The latest victims: Courtney Harrell and Austin Allsup. This time, he barely won and for the first time, he defeated a guy.

He is now in the top eight.
This may be the first time someone has successfully outlasted the Instant Save this many times.
Next week, "The Voice" will cut it down to four for the finale. Gibson will need a seriously magical performance to survive that cut but then again, he's made it this far.
The good news for Gibson: he has been able to sing on "The Voice" SIX episodes in a row. Who gets to do that?
Here was his Monday performance, Elton John's "Rocket Man." It was a very Dave Matthews-style cover but wasn't particulary beloved by viewers. He came in 9th out of 10 in terms of iTunes sales, ranking just No. 70. Only Harrell came in lower. Among voters on MJ's Big Blog, he came in last. (Brendan Fletcher was the favorite.) Harrell was considered most likely to go home, just ahead of Gibson.
And here's the song that saved him Tuesday night: Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice It's All Right."
