Two summers ago, CBS's "Under the Dome" was a surprise hit, drawing more than 11 million viewers, an unheard number for a scripted summer broadcast show. The show lost plenty of steam last year but 7 million viewers is still impressive. So here we go again Thursday with one more season based on a Stephen King short story.

USA brings out two strong summer performers in "Suits" and "Graceland" Wednesday and Thursday respectively. ABC brings back the reliable Canadian police procedural "Rookie Blue" for a sixth season Thursday as well.

TNT launches its biggest drama among younger viewers "Falling Skies" Sunday, along with the second season of "The Last Ship" on Sunday.

Plus, on Wednesday, FX launches "Mr. Robot," a promising series about hackers that has nothing to do with actual robots, just to confuse you.

And "The BET Awards," which typically brings in the largest numbers of the year for the network, returns Sunday.

Oh, and Kate Gosselin returns to TV because she has to pay the bills, right?
