Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is swinging through Atlanta on Tuesday for his second visit this month.

Bush's only event open to the public is a 4 p.m. stop at the Varsity in Downtown Atlanta for a mid-afternoon chili dog and frosted orange. He also will be raising money on the trip.

Bush visited Buckhead a little more than a week ago for the RedState Gathering, and he has made other Atlanta stops this year to raise money and address the General Assembly.

Between his campaign and Super PACs, the son and brother of presidents has raised more money than anyone else in the race by far. He has dominated the Republican race for Georgia cash, as well.

But Bush's support in the polls has been flagging, with the energy in the race on the side of outsider/insurgent candidates like Donald Trump and Ben Carson. For his part, Bush calls himself the "joyful tortoise" and has continued to roll out policy positions on Iraq and veterans in recent days.
