WASHINGTON -- It's a big day for U.S. Rep. Tom Price, R-Roswell, as he releases the House GOP budget.

The new Budget Committee chairman is following in the footsteps of high-profile Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and has a challenging task to guide the document to passage -- given it's already under fire from hawks within his party for not allowing enough spending on defense.
