After Justice Anthony Kennedy made everyone sit up in the U.S. Supreme Court and realize that the individual mandate of the Obama health law could be in real danger, today the justices examine the next logical step - if the mandate is thrown out, what happens to the rest of the law?

There will be 90 minutes for argument this morning on that point, which should provide a unique perspective on how the individual justices would deal with that reality.
