The finger pointing is in high gear as the calendar counts down to a Friday government shutdown deadline.  Will the Congress actually cut a deal and find a way to avoid a shutdown?

Both parties spent the weekend pointing the finger of blame at each other, arguing that the other would be responsible for a shutdown.
