From Adel, Iowa -

Amid concerns about her standing in the polls, Hillary Clinton on Wednesday urged voters in a small Iowa town to stick with her and turn out in big numbers on Monday night, when voters in the Hawkeye State take the first step on the road for the Democratic Party nomination for President.

"I am asking all of you to go to the caucus Monday night, because if you stand up for me then, I will stand up for you," Clinton said at a rally in a bowling alley in Adel, Iowa.

"You get the first chance to speak up in the entire world about you're looking for," Clinton said of the race for President.

"I know that I will be a better President because of what I have learned here in Iowa," Clinton added.

The Clinton event came just hours after another poll showed Bernie Sanders leading in Iowa, this time by 4 points in a poll done by Quinnipiac University.

But even amid worries about the polls, Clinton's supporters were resolute in their desire to see her win the Democratic nomination.

"She's just so strong and so knowledgeable, that no one can compare to her," said Marilyn Worley of Waukee, Iowa.

Worley admitted that eight years ago, she was a supporter of Barack Obama, and not Clinton.

"I sort of regret that now," said Worley.
