Police say a 5-year-old was found dead Wednesday at a DeKalb County apartment complex near I-20 and Wesley Chapel Road.

Tax commissioners in Cobb, Fulton and DeKalb counties said they felt they had to inform the public that help with property taxes and other services are free from the county.

Officers were called to the 2400 block of Webb Gin House Road following a 911 call from someone who found the body in the parking lot of Cannon United Methodist Church.
