UPDATE: The restaurant was re-inspected Nov. 21 and scored a 72/C. One repeat violation reported: "Fish removed from original packaging in freezer did not have label or other means to determine approved source."

ORIGINAL STORY (Published Nov. 9): An Asian bistro failed a recent health inspection, with officials noting that a curtain dividing the sushi prep area from the kitchen was "heavily soiled with accumulation of dirt and grime."

Enzo Sushi, located at 3630 Peachtree Parkway, scored a 46/U following the Tuesday evaluation. There is also a location in Sandy Springs.

According to the report, an "employee touched raw chicken and then touched vegetables."

Officials also reported gloves being reused and an employee rinsing their hands without using soap.

A call to the restaurant was not immediately returned.

Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
