Several thousand Gwinnett County public school students will celebrate a landmark moment in their lives Thursday when they graduate from high school.

Five high schools are having graduation ceremonies Thursday, including Discovery High, which opened in August and will honor its first set of graduates. Here’s a breakdown of the schedule and each school’s valedictorian:

South Gwinnett High School

8 a.m., Infinite Energy Arena

Valedictorian: Michelle Ortega

Discovery High School

9 a.m., Infinite Energy Forum

Valedictorian: Toni “Sage” Carson

Duluth High School

12 p.m., Infinite Energy Arena

Valedictorian: Jared Borders

Meadowcreek High School

4 p.m., Infinite Energy Arena

Valedictorian: Samina Uddin

Shiloh High School

8 p.m., Infinite Energy Arena

Valedictorian: Noah Solomon
