Falcons injury report: Alex Mack limited in return to practice

Oct 3, 2019

Falcons center Alex Mack (elbow) returned to practice Thursday, but was limited.

He did not practice Wednesday. Mack suffered the injury against the Titans on Sunday and returned to the game.

“I had to be out there with my teammates,” Mack said. “I’m just going to take it day by day.”

Mack didn’t want to address his range of motion or discuss whether he’d be ready to play when the Falcons (1-3) play the Texans (2-2) at 1 p.m. Sunday at NRG Stadium.

Guard Wes Schweitzer (shoulder), offensive tackle Kaleb McGary (knee), defensive tackle Grady Jarrett (elbow) also were limited.

Free safety Damontae Kazee (illness), cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson (groin), returner Kenjon Barner (knee) and guard Jamon Brown (concussion) did not participate in practice.
