Gwinnett County school officials and Gwinnett Medical Center have scheduled free tests for students whose parents want to see if they’ve suffered a concussion.

The tests will take place on Sat., Feb. 25, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at several schools throughout the district.

Advanced registration is recommended by going to www.gwinnettmedicalcenter.org/baselineday.

Some studies have concluded many students are not treated for concussions by emergency room physicians when they first occur.
