Other inactives include: Quarterback Sean Renfree, cornerback Robert Alford, linebacker Tyler Starr, tackle Jonathan Scott, defensive tackle Paul Soliai and defensive lineman James Anderson.
Arizona will be without wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (knee), running back Michael Bush, linebacker Desmond Bishop, linebacker Kenny Demens (hamstring), defensive tackle Alameda Ta’amu, defensive tackle Ed Stinson (toe) and tight end Matthew Mulligan.
