Here’s what Falcons running back Tevin Coleman had to say after rushing for 145 yards and a touchdown in the 40-14 win over the Cardinals on Sunday:

On the performance on the offensive line: "It was just a lot of energy out there. The guys came out with energy, I came out with energy, and they got on their blocks and were able to make holes for me."

On defense setting the tone with scoring first: "Yea, that was dope from Deion Jones, so they gave us some hype, they gave us some energy to go out there and fight."

On the offense improving in the run game: "Again, it's just the energy, guys came out there ready to play, and they were on their focus, they were on their game; they made big plays for me."

On the importance of continuing to play hard late in the season: "It's definitely big. We haven't been doing too well, so just to get our confidence back with running the ball, passing the ball and things like that and blocking, so it was really big for us."

On the 65-yard run for a touchdown: "We were working that play in practice, and it looked just like it did in practice. It was a really good play, a real good block by the offense."

On the causes of high energy throughout the game: "Just focus. Coaches talk about "fighting focus", and that's what we had in our brain, that's why we had in our mind to go out there and fight."
