Hawks radio broadcaster Steve Holman will be inducted into the Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2017.

Holman is in his 32nd season with the team and has broadcasted more than 2,500 games. He has a play-by-play streak of 2,340 consecutive games that began in March 1989.

Also to be inducted as the Class of 2017 are former Georgia Tech and Falcons linebacker Keith Brooking, former Atlanta Track Club and Peachtree Road Race director Julia Emmons, former Hawks assistant coach Bob Reinhart and TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager.

The 13th annual awards and induction ceremony will be held Feb. 17 at the Buckhead Theater.

The Atlanta Sports Hall of Fame mission is to honor Atlanta sports heroes, remember great moments in Atlanta Sports history, and preserve the past from which future generations can learn and take pride.
