Braves’ J. Upton 3rd in all-star final vote

Despite a big social media push from Braves fans, Justin Upton finished third in the All-Star Game Final Vote that concluded Thursday.

Chicago White Sox pitcher Chris Sale and Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo made it a Windy City sweep, and got the final roster spots for the 85th Midsummer Classic that will be played Tuesday night in Minnesota.
