Overnight lane closures on Downtown Connector planned for paving

Contractors will start paving various lanes on the Downtown Connector beginning Monday at 9 p.m., officials say.
Three right lanes and the outside shoulder on I-75/I-85 southbound from Williams Street to Cleveland Avenue will close between Monday and May 22, Georgia Department of Transportation officials said in a news release.
The lanes will close overnight between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Motorists are advised to expect delays, exercise caution and reduce their speed while traveling through work zones. Before heading out, get real-time information on work status and traffic conditions.
