Two children walking their dog yelled “no” at a man who was attempting to lure them into his car, Dunwoody police said Monday.
Police were called Sunday afternoon to the 4900 block of Hidden Branches Drive, off Mount Vernon Road, after the children reported the incident to their parents. The children said they were approached by an older white male, between 50 and 60 years old, casually dressed and with thinning white hair, Dunwoody police posted on Facebook.
“The children reported the ‘creepy’ guy tried to hand the kids a piece of paper in an attempt to lure them closer to the car,” police posted online.
The children described the suspect’s vehicle as a new model, shiny, four-door car with a triangle-shaped front end, according to police.
