All westbound lanes of I-20 in DeKalb County opened after a wreck involving a truck and a car blocked all lanes earlier Thursday, officials said.

Delta passenger Matthew Boggan, 13, recorded video of an employee addressing passengers after extensive flight delays. The employee swatted the phone out of his hand.
