Clayton County school board members are scheduled to meet Monday afternoon to discuss their superintendent search plans.

The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the district’s headquarters, 1058 Fifth Ave. in Jonesboro.

The board agreed in a 8-1 vote on Nov. 7 to conduct a national search for a superintendent. The contract of the current superintendent, Luvenia Jackson, expires in June.
