Atlanta School Board meets Friday to consider investigating board member for alleged ethics violation

The Ethics Commission of the Atlanta Board of Education will convene 9 a.m., Friday, Nov. 16, in the Dr. Benjamin E. Mays Conference Room of Atlanta Public Schools headquarters at 130 Trinity Ave., Atlanta, to decide whether to investigate an alleged ethics violation by a board member. APS has not revealed the name of the board member who may be investigated. The Commission may enter into closed session to begin an investigation if needed.
