Atlanta Press Club host forum on Georgia’s charter school amendment Sunday, Oct. 21

The Atlanta Press Club will host a forum on the charter school amendment on the November ballot from 5 p.m. to - 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21. The forum will be broadcast live on Georgia Public Broadcasting. Viewers can submit questions to before the program by email, at info@atlpressclub.org, or by Twitter, at: #APCCharterTalk. Atlanta Journal-Constitution education reporter Maureen Downey will take questions live during the show. Panelists include: Jan Jones, Georgia House of Representatives; Kelly McCutchen, Founder of Tech High Charter School;Alvin Wilbanks, CEO and Superintendent, Gwinnett County Public Schools, and Valarie Wilson, President, Georgia School Board Association.
