Former Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan has begun testifying to a grand jury looking into election interference by former President Donald Trump and others, according to a social media post.

Independent journalist George Chidi, who was also called to testify on Monday, said he is still waiting to testify to the grand jury. Chidi said on X, the social media site previously known as Twitter, that he was sitting next to Duncan waiting to be called in.

Duncan was supposed to testify on Tuesday but was called earlier, an official with direct knowledge told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
