A Duluth man is behind bars after allegedly offering cigarettes to a group of teenagers in exchange for sexual favors.

Dominick Vanwagner, 28, was arrested Saturday night at the popular Collection at Forsyth shopping center in Cumming, police said. Deputies responded after receiving a 911 call from four teenagers who said they were accosted by the man, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“The person who called us told us that there was a male trying to entice some juveniles,” Forsyth County sheriff’s spokesman Cpl. Doug Rainwater said. “He approached this group of two boys, two girls (and) offered them cigarettes for favors.”

The teens told Vanwagner his advances were inappropriate but the man persisted, police said. That’s when they called 911.

Deputies arrived and arrested the man on charges of enticing a child for indecent purposes and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released from the Forsyth County jail after posting $2,275 bond.
