It's ‘Last Call' for trips to ski and boarding destinations! Here are some deals to consider for April and even into early summer.

Spring skiing and boarding at Snowbird is expected to continue at least until Memorial Day this year.

Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort is experiencing one of the best spring seasons in memory with a mid-mountain base depth topping 13 feet. Last year, the resort saw 12 feet of snow in April alone. If this occurs again, Snowbird could potentially offer skiing into June (last year's closing date was June 22). Check out the snow conditions at www.snowbird.com/snowcam.

April is full of non-skiing activities for young and old, including an Easter Sunrise Service on 11,000-foot Hidden Peak, followed by an Easter Egg Hunt on Chickadee and a special brunch at the Aerie Restaurant (www.snowbird.com/events/easter.html).

Après ski fun includes free live music on the Plaza Deck, Saturday and Sunday afternoons through the end of April (weather permitting) along with daily food and drink specials.

Snowbird is currently offering a "Stay and Ski" package from $99 per person, double occupancy. Included is a Tram and Chair ticket for each paying adult.

Guests booking lodging and lift packages at Snowbird for stays through April 24 will also receive a free upgrade to an AltaBird pass (a $32 value) which gives access to the nearby Alta Ski Area (no snow boarding).

Full details can be found at www.snowbird.com/lodging/hotdeals.php or by calling 1-800-453-3000.
