Adrianne Murchison

Adrianne is in her second stint as a staff reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and now covering local news and government in Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Milton. She previously worked as a features reporter in the early 2000s and later as a contracting editor for the AJC’s former lifestyle magazine, Living Northside. She is a native of Buffalo, N.Y. and author of a non-fiction book on relationships between Black men and women titled, “Kalieding on the Road to Happiness.” She’s also a contributing author in “Women Who Rise,” a book in a series focused on inspirational life experiences. Separate from the AJC, Adrianne produces and hosts a spiritual-based podcast titled, “Let’s Start Healing.”
