Steeler fan got fed up Saturday night as he watched his team falling to the Baltimore Ravens and decided to make some entertainment of his own. Or maybe not all is what it seems.

Making the rounds on Twitter and Facebook was a story of a young man who promised to run onto the field if he received 400 re-tweets.

Minutes later, the tweet had been re-tweeted thousands of times (currently standing at over 6,300,) possibly from fellow irked Steeler fans.

As the story goes, the young man never got to follow through on his promise, thanks to some tech-savvy stadium security.

But that's not the whole story.

Monday morning, Jake Berlin announced on Twitter that the whole prank was a hoax to promote his new business.

He never was arrested, according to his press release.  He just went to first-aid station, posed next to a stadium employee on a golf cart, then went back to his seat.
