The Dream traded forward Bria Holmes to the Connecticut Sun for the Sun’s 2018 second-round pick— 15th overall — and a 2019 second-round pick.

The Dream have the 15th and 16th picks in the second round and 27th pick in the third round in Thursday’s WNBA Draft.

Holmes played two seasons with the Dream after she was selected 11th overall in the 2016 WNBA Draft. The former West Virginia forward, who announced in January she would sit out the 2018 season due to pregnancy, averaged 7.6 points and 2.7 rebounds in her time with the Dream.

The first round of the 2018 WNBA Draft will be broadcast on ESPN2 at 7 p.m. Thursday. The second and third rounds will be broadcast on ESPNU.
