Kennesaw State football games will air on Atlanta’s Peachtree TV, starting this fall, according to an agreement announced Thursday by the school.

The news comes days after the Owls agreed to a three-year deal to have their games broadcast on 1230-AM. The TV and radio deals, along with the Owls' online game-streaming presence will create the Owl Network.

“That’s huge,” said second-year coach Brian Bohannon. “I don’t know how many programs in their second year got that kind of deal. What great exposure in the state of Georgia to get our brand in people’s living rooms.”

The Owls went 2-5 in their first year on the FCS level in the Big South Conference.

The dates of the Peachtree TV games will be announced later this month.

“Eight of our 11 games will be on TV,” Bohannon said. “I’m sure the Charleston Southern game will be on something.”
