Dennis Schroder will likely play tonight against the Pelicans after spraining his left ankle in Tuesday’s win over the Raptors, according to coach Mike Budenholzer.

The rookie point guard suffered the injury in the fourth quarter and did not return. Schroder saw a doctor the following day. He said, via social media, that his ankle was sore and that there was not further damage.

“He will warm-up before the game and see how he feels but I would say he is likely to play,” Budenholzer said this morning. “There is a good chance that he will play.”
