How the game was won: The Bulls, fighting for the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference, took advantage of the Hawks' good nature. The Hawks pulled their starters for the fourth quarter and the Bulls battled back from an 18-point deficit. Aaron Brooks led the Bulls with 23 points. Dennis Schroder led the Hawks with 21 points of 9 of 13 shooting. Al Horford had 14 points and DeMarre Carroll and Jeff Teague had 10 points apiece.

Turning point: The Hawks went on a 25-4 run between the second and third quarters to take an 18-point lead, 60-42. The Hawks closed the second quarter on a 14-4 run and started the third quarter on an 11-0 run. The Bulls closed to within two points twice in the third quarter before the Hawks pulled their starters for the final period. The Hawks started Dennis Schroder, John Jenkins, Austin Daye, Elton Brand for the final 12 minutes.

Number: 1 of 7. Paul Millsap's first-half shooting after missing five games with a right shoulder injury. He finished the 2 of 9 for five points in 28 minutes.
