The Atlanta Hawks enter the 2019 NBA Draft Thursday with four picks — three in the first round.

After sending the No. 44 selection to Miami and the No. 41 overall pick to the Warriors, the Hawks are scheduled to pick at No. 8, 10, 17, and 35.

Atlanta was awarded the No. 8 pick in last month's lottery draft. The Hawks got the Mavericks' first-round pick at No. 10 from the Trae Young trade during last year's draft. The Hawks acquired the No. 17 pick from the Nets in exchange for forward Taurean Prince

The Hawks may not be done dealing. Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk has previously said he might draft-and-stash a player or sell one or more of the second-round picks.

Healthcare at College Park, a nursing home in Fulton County, GA, stands shuttered with its door chained on July 26, 2025, having closed in recent months. Researchers at Brown University developed a list of U.S. nursing homes they predicted were at risk of closing based on 2023 data, and would be at elevated risk of closing due to the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act's cuts to Medicaid. Healthcare at College Park was on their list. It survived past its last federal inspection in August of 2024 but has now closed down.
