Braves prospects Kolby Allard, Carlos Franco and Evan Phillips were named to the International League team for the Triple-A All-Star Game. The trio of Gwinnett players will compete in the game against a team from the Pacific Coast League on July 11 in Columbus, Ohio.

Allard, Franco and Phillips are among 20 players selected for the International League team Wednesday. An additional 13 players were elected by voting from mangers, general managers, media and fans.

Allard, a left-handed pitcher, is 5-3 with a 2.60 ERA with a team-high 14 starts for Gwinnett. The 20-year old ranks third in innings (86.2) and fifth in ERA in the International League. Allard was selected for the Double-A Southern League All-Star Game last year.

Franco, a first baseman, is batting .260 with 49 RBIs in 76 games. The 26-year old also has 16 doubles, one triple and 11 home runs. He leads the International League in RBIs and is third in home runs.

Phillips, a right-handed pitcher, is 4-4 with a 2.31 ERA. He also has six saves in 26 relief appearances. The 23-year old was also selected to the Advanced-A California/Carolina League All-Star Game in 2016.

The three All-Star selections are tied for second-most in team history and the most since four players were selected in 2011 with Jose Constanza, Stefan Gartrell, Mauro Gomez and Julio Teheran.

The Triple-A All-Star Game will air live at 7 p.m. on MiLB.TV. It will also air on the MLB Network on July 18.
