How the game was won: The Red Sox opened the game with consecutive doubles in the first five pitches thrown by Julio Teheran, scored two runs in the first inning and cruised to a 9-4 win over the Braves at Fenway Park. Teheran was charged with a career-high 13 hits, six runs and one walk in 6 1/3 innings, and his National League-worst road ERA climbed to 7.59. The Red Sox snapped a seven-game losing streak. Brock Holt hit for the cycle for the Red Sox, the first player to do that against the Braves since Keith Hernandez of the Mets on July 4, 1985.
