Lenny Dykstra: 'I put HGH on my cereal'
Former Mets and Phillies center fielder Lenny Dykstra admitted Tuesday to Fox Sports's Colin Cowherd that he put HGH on his cereal during his 12-year major league career.
Dykstra was a three-time All-Star and 1986 World Series champion. He was named in the 2007 Mitchell Report on performance-enhancing drugs in baseball.
Tuesday's admission (hear in video above) is the latest of numerous times he has since acknowledged using PEDs.
