How the winning run scored: With two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning, Gwinnett's Brandon Boggs scored on a throwing error by Durham shortstop Tim Beckham. Boggs scored when Philip Gosselin hit a grounder to Beckham, who made an errant throw to first.

At the plate: The G-Braves had four hits in the first eight innings and finished with eight as they rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the ninth inning. Matt Pagnozzi was 3-for-3, and Stefan Gartrell was 1-f0r-1, with an RBI and three walks. The G-Braves loaded the bases with two outs in the ninth, and Gartrell scored on a wild pitch.

On the mound: G-Braves starter Kameron Loe allowed one run in 6 2/3 innings.

Up next for Gwinnett: The G-Braves (53-72) and the Bulls (76-48) meet again at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday in a game scheduled for a CSS telecast. Gwinnett left-hander Yohan Flande (7-7, 4.46 ERA) is scheduled to start against left-hander Mike Montgomery (7-5, 4.24).
