The Hawks are 7-1 in their last eight games, and wing Kevin Huerter sat down with the Hawks Report podcast from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to discuss the team’s improved defense and effort on this surge.

He also chatted with Hawks beat reporter and host Sarah K. Spencer about his basketball family background, the story behind his nickname K’Von, his contract extension and how Atlanta can stay hot in the second half of the season.
