Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney, who’s recovering from a shoulder surgery, was declared inactive for today’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Cornerback Clark Phillips III, safety DeMarcco Hellams, running back Nathan Carter, linebacker Josh Woods and offensive tackle Jack Nelson also were listed as inactive.

Tampa Bay’s inactives include receiver Chris Godwin, running back Josh Williams, cornerback Benjamin Morris, cornerback Kindle Vildor, safety Christian Izien, left tackle Tristan Wirfs and tight end Devin Culp.
