The Falcons would have kicking themselves if they didn’t beat the Vikings on Sunday night.
The defense had a superior effort, and new kicker Parker Romo had five field goals, lifting the Falcons to a 22-6 road victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night in front of a primetime national TV audience.
Bijan Robinson finished with 22 carries for 143 yards and the defense forced three turnovers.
Romo made field goals of 38, 29, 33, 33 and 54 yards and Tyler Allgeier scored the first touchdown of the game with 3:22 left, pushing the Falcons to the final margin.
