Woman hit by car near West End mall
An unknown motorist hit a pedestrian Monday night near the West End mall before fleeing the scene, Atlanta police said.
Police said a woman was struck just after 10 p.m. near the CVS drugstore on Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard.
She was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, and police said she was breathing, but unconscious.
No other information was immediately available.
