A Tennessee woman has been arrested for a brutal attack on a pregnant woman, according to police.

Police said Dominee Mathis tried to kick the victim in the stomach at the La Quinta Inn in Whitehaven earlier this month.

Mathis is also accused of hitting the woman in the head with a two-by-four, police said.

Mathis was charged with aggravated assault.
