Adam Kramer REALLY likes tacos.
Kramer went into a restaurant and ordered six of them and then proceeded to down them quickly.
But when the bill came he was upset with the amount of money he was charged. He then demanded that the meal be free.
When the waitress refused, Kramer threatened her with a large sword he had brought into the San Antonio restaurant, according to the report.
The waitress reportedly asked the cook to come help her and Kramer left the building but came back.

The Houston Chronicle obtained the arrest warrant affidavit which reads:

After going to his car and then coming back toward the restaurant (which the waitress had locked up), "Mr. Kramer was yelling that he wanted his free tacos or somebody was going to die."

Kramer eventually left and restaurant workers made note of the black Toyota truck he was driving. They called police and Kramer was arrested the next day but not for the sword incident. Instead, he was taken into custody on a separate charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
