The City of Atlanta has agreed to pay $20,000 to street performer Baton Bob to settle a federal lawsuit filed after his 2013 arrest. He was in handcuffs during his arrest while an officer, under the supervision of his lieutenant, logged on to his Facebook and posted a statement "verifying" Atlanta police were respectful.
