Q: What happened in the case of the huge porn bust late last year? I’ve been trying to find more details about that.

A: Federal agents arrested 245 people in 46 states in November and December after a five-week investigation of "individuals who own, trade and produce images of child pornography." Agents identified 123 abused children, including five under the age of 3, in what was called Operation Sunflower, which was conducted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations. Forty-four of the children were rescued from their abusers, according to an ICE news release, and 24 are now adults. The abused children lived in 19 states and six other countries, according to CNN.com.
Q: A friend of mine told me that she had heard that the actress Adrienne Barbeau had passed away. Can you tell me if she has passed and if that is her real name?

A: Barbeau is 67 years old and most recently appeared in the Academy Award nominated "Argo," in which she played Serksi the Galactic Witch in a scene. Barbeau, who uses her real name, is best known for playing Carol, Bea Arthur's daughter in "Maude," a sitcom that ran from 1972-78, and in movies such as "The Cannonball Run," "Escape from New York" and "Swamp Thing." She was Rizzo in the original Broadway production of "Grease" in the 1970s and also appeared on "General Hospital" from 2010-11. Her website is www.abarbeau.com.
