A 22-year-old Tennessee man is accused of raping and impregnating his 11-year-old sister, WZTV reported.
According to jail records, the victim told her mother she had become pregnant by her brother and had been sexually abused since she was 10, the television station reported.
Police said the man, from Nashville, admitted to having intercousrse with his sister on "multiple occasions," WZTV reported.
