Ice: Decatur schools to close Monday
City Schools of Decatur will be closed Monday due to the forecast of freezing rain.
The district notified parents Sunday evening that the closure was “out of an abundance of caution.”
Other districts across metro Atlanta were simultaneously making the same announcement.
