Smyrna officer cleared of criminal wrongdoing, still resigns

A City of Smyrna police officer was cleared of any criminal wrongdoing after being accused of an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile, the Police Department said Wednesday.

But the officer, whose name was not released, was facing disciplinary action from the department, Officer Christopher Graeff said.
