Sex offender accused of assaulting teens at Six Flags

A convicted rapist and sex offender is jailed in Cobb County for allegedly molesting two teenagers at an amusement park, according to police.

Kenyon Dennis Tull, 34, of East Point, was arrested Sunday night at Six Flags after the teens reported the incidents to their parents and park officials, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Tull was charged with two counts of child molestation and booked into the Cobb County jail, where he was being held Friday on $75,000 bond, booking records show.

Tull allegedly assaulted the victims, ages 13 and 15, while in line for a water ride at the Austell-area park, according to Cobb County police.

“Said accused intentionally pushed his pelvis and male private area against the buttocks of the 13-year-old female juvenile victim while they waited in line,” the arrest warrant states.

The teen went down the slide and then informed a parent, according to police.

In the second instance, Tull allegedly touched a 15-year-old girl between her legs while in line, the warrant states. The victim’s younger sister watched as Tull allegedly touched the teen, who reported the incident to her father, according to police.

The incidents were reported to park security officials, who immediately notified Cobb police, Emily Murray, park spokeswoman, said in an emailed statement Friday.

“The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority and we have zero tolerance for those who violate our guest code of conduct policies,” Murray said.

Tull has an extensive criminal history, that includes time in state prison and a rape conviction, according to the state Department of Corrections and GBI.

In February 2007, Tull was convicted of rape, which required him to be registered as a sex offender. His photo and identification information appear in the GBI registry of Georgia sex offenders. From June 2006 until February 2007, Tull was in state prison following a conviction in DeKalb County for unauthorized reproduction and distribution of a recording, according to DOC records.
